Terms Of Order
Telegraphic Transfer (T/T)
Minimum order quantities and pricing terms :
1. All prices quoted are for minimum full 20 ft container quantities FOB bali or jogyakarta
2. Prices quoted are valid for 2 weeks. After 2 weeks prices may change without notice
3. Minimum total dollar value is US$ 5.000 per order
4. Any LCL shipment to be shipped FOB by us will be charger US$200.00/shipment
Terms Of Payment
1. Sea shipment 50% deposit to star order
Full balance to be paid within 5 days of receipt of fax or email coppy of shipping document or after goods into cargo
Original documents sent immediately on receipt of funds
2. Air shipment 50% deposit to start order. Balance due prior to shipment of goods
Cancelation
No cancellations are accepted once orders have been confirmed
Delivery Time
At time of order we will send proforma and advise delivery time.
Our delivery time depends greatly on time of year and number and type of items ordered.
This can run from 45-70 days depending on the above mentioned factors.
Note : We stock no items. All goods is new when you're order. we only have a sample product.
Our counting of days starts on receipt of fax copy of T/T or L/C
Letter Of Credit (L/C)
All our L/C terms must be followed to the letter in order for us to begin production.
we accept no differences to our terms below.
If not possible for you to follow below terms we cannot accept your order.
